[The bookmark flickers to life, showing a short, slender man in a brown suit jacket of a somewhat outdated style, settled down in an upholstered chair in a corner of one reading room, his head leaning back on one of the wings, his grey fedora tilted over his face. He might stir, turning toward the device and tilting his hat back, revealing his lean, lantern-jawed face.]
Ha... I must have dozed off, the completion of the search that endured for thirty years must have taken more out of me than I thought. [And then he looks around him, blinking in surprise and disorientation.] Wait now... this isn't my lodgings, and it isn't the library of the Omnyati Brotherhood, either. Where is this place and how did I come here? [Baffled and a bit suspicious now...]

[He might chaff a little.] There is little that is holy nor unholy as I see it: I am an atheist and a materialist, nor do I consider the lines of morals to be as set in stone as people would believe them to be.
